Andrew Morden

Andrew Morden has over 20 years of experience in executive and financial roles. In 1999, they began their career as VP, Financial Planning and Systems at Intrawest. In 2004, they moved to Intrinsyc Software as CFO and Corporate Secretary. From 2007 to 2010, they were President and CEO of The Internet Marketing Center (IMC and Internetmarketing.com). From 2010 to 2013, they were CFO and Corporate Secretary of Webtech Wireless, where they led a successful turnaround. From 2013 to 2018, they were President and CEO of Corvus Energy Inc., where they drove the widespread adoption of industrial energy storage solutions. In 2017, they joined the Board of Directors of the BC Cleantech CEO Alliance. From 2009 to 2022, they were an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Medallion Resources Ltd. In 2022, they became an Independent Director at Saltworks Technologies: Industrial Water + Lithium and at Amogy. In 2018, they became President and CEO of Fatigue Science, the leading provider of predictive fatigue analytics and human performance insights.

Andrew Morden began their educational journey in 1985 when they attended The University of British Columbia and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) (Honors) in Accounting and Finance in 1989. Andrew then continued their studies at Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), where they obtained their CPA CA in 1992.
