Ashwin Vyas

Ashwin Vyas is a highly experienced professional in the field of control and system modeling, currently serving as the Manager of Control and System Modeling at Amogy since May 2023. Prior to this role, Ashwin worked as a Principal Systems Simulation Engineer at Volvo Group Trucks Technology, where responsibilities included simulation and evaluation for fuel cell electric vehicles and the development of a mixed software/simulation environment integrating various CAE tools. At Cummins Inc., Ashwin held multiple positions including Project Manager Technical Lead and Technical Project Lead, focusing on engine development projects and new product development. Ashwin's earlier experience at Cummins Engine Company involved system integration and certification activities, along with significant work on diagnostics and regeneration methods that resulted in a patent application. Ashwin Vyas holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
