Shahid P. has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Shahid started their career at KeyBank as a Help Desk Administrator, where they supported day-to-day operations, implemented process enhancements, and monitored network servers. Shahid then moved on to Verizon, where they provided executive-level deskside support and managed telecommunications components for office moves.

Afterwards, Shahid worked at Green Chi Academy as a Junior Project Manager, assisting the finance team, planning the design process of a mobile application, and developing a financial cost analysis. Shahid then joined Capelli New York as an IT Support Specialist, handling IT-related tickets and resolving hardware/software issues.
