Grace Coates

Grace Coates is a Customer Success Lead at Amondo since June 2025, having previously held similar roles at Hello Lamp Post from October 2021 to June 2025. Coates also served as an Account Manager at Gomo Learning between March 2020 and October 2021. Prior to that, a Senior Account Manager position was held at Perkbox from May 2017 to August 2019, where the focus was on enhancing employee wellbeing through various products. Coates started the career as an Account Manager at Starbucks in early 2017 and has an educational background in Marketing from Sheffield Hallam University, completed in July 2018.
