Florian Puensch

Florian Puensch has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Florian most recently served as Vice President IT at AMOR GmbH since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PepsiCo as a Senior Transformation Manager from January 2021 to August 2021. Florian also held the position of Teamleiter SAP at Leica Camera AG from January 2018 to December 2020, where they led an international SAP/IT support team and oversaw strategic and operational management. Before that, they worked at Heraeus, where they had various roles, including Head of Program Management Office OpEx, Head of Project Management and Controlling in Global Procurement, Head of Project Management Office, and Consultant/Projektleiter im Business Partner Team, where they were responsible for project management, implementing global standards, and leading process change projects. Florian's earlier experience includes roles at BRITA GmbH as a Business Process Expert FI/CO/HR, where they managed restructuring projects and provided process consultation, and at Leica Microsystems and Leica Microsystems Ltd. in finance and controlling roles.

Florian Puensch earned a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Justus Liebig University Giessen, where they attended from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they obtained two additional certifications: PRINCE2 Foundation from APMG-International in September 2011 and PRINCE2 Practitioner from the same institution in December 2013.
