Michaela Greven has a diverse work experience in the jewelry industry. Michaela began their career in 1993 as a Goldsmithing Apprentice at Goldschmiede Kehr and then worked as a Goldsmithing Assistant at Goldschmiede Andersen and Studio for Jewelry and Watches Hasner & Bock. In 2005, they joined Fossil Group, Inc. as a Jewelry Designer and later became a Sr. Designer, contributing to the Fossil Women's Jewelry collection and the Fossil Sterling Collection. Michaela also provided technical support for mass production and production costs. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Creative Product Manager at Oro Vivo Ag. In 2020, they joined Paul Valentine as the Team Lead Design. Currently, they are working at Amor GmbH as a Creative Sr. Product Manager & Designer for JOOP!, Prinzessin Lillifee, and L'Atelier, and as a Product Manager for L'Atelier & MYSONA.

- From 2017 to present: Michaela attended Lorenzo Academy in Berlin and obtained a degree as an Innovation Coach.

- In 2017, Michaela also attended Lorenzo Academy in Berlin to study Innovative organisations.

- In 2004, Michaela was a visiting student at the University of Design in Pforzheim, studying Industrial design.

- In 1995, Michaela earned certification as a gemologist from the Gemological Institut Idar-Oberstein.

- From 1991 to 1993, Michaela attended the Goldsmithing School in Pforzheim and obtained a degree as a Goldsmith Assistant.

- In 2018, Michaela attended XDi - Experience Design Institut in Frankfurt and obtained a certification as a Certified Service Design Thinker, specifically in Service Design Workshop.
