Eduardo Soares

Eduardo Soares is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and product management, currently serving as the Innovation and Product Management Director and Executive Board Member at Amorim Cork Composites since March 2017. Prior to this role, Eduardo held various positions at Durit, including Head of R&D+i Department, where responsibilities encompassed the development of new production technologies and management of R&D relations. Additionally, Eduardo has contributed to academia as an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto, and has practical experience as a Trainee at Bodycote. Eduardo holds a Master of Business Administration from Porto Business School and a PhD in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto.
