William Famiglietti serves as President of Amorim Cork Composites, the world's largest manufacturer of cork, since June 2001. Under William Famiglietti's leadership, the company utilizes cork across various industries, including aerospace, artificial turf, vibration control, and acoustical applications, enhancing product value in everyday life. Previously, William Famiglietti held the position of Vice President at Gibraltar Steel Corp from 1996 to 2001, overseeing the National Metals Program and managing product and brand teams following the acquisition of Appleton and Selleven Supply. Academically, William Famiglietti earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut.
