Mr. Penini has been serving as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since September 2015.
He is the Managing Partner of Penini & Penini, CPA and CEO of Imut Systems Auditing Ltd., a company specializing in auditing.
Mr. Penini is also an active player in the business-economic sector, where he provides various services to private and public companies, government offices and local municipalities. He is a lecturer in a variety of fields at different academic institutions and a member of public, municipal and governmental committees.
Mr. Penini is a certified public accountant (CPA) who graduated from Tel Aviv University with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics.
Mr. Penini holds a master’s degree in Information Systems Auditing, a master’s degree from the University of New York City in Finance Sciences and a master’s degree from Bar-Ilan University in Law, as well as a PhD in Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University.
