Moti Barzilay

Mr. Barzilay has been serving as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since August 2005.

Mr. Barzilay serves as Chief Business Development Officer of Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd. and is a member of the Board of Directors at Carr Properties Corp. and companies jointly owned by Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd. and Oxford Properties in Boston.

Mr. Barzilay further serves on the Steering Committee of Brockton Capital in London.

Previously he was a partner at the leading accounting firm Deloitte and Head of Corporate Finance at Deloitte Israel.

Mr. Barzilay holds a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Economics and Accounting, a master’s degree (MBA) in Business Administration (Financing and Strategy) and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
