Yael Andorn Karni

Ms. Andorn Karni has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since March 2019.

Ms. Andorn Karni currently serves as CEO and Chairman of CapitalA which represents and provides consulting services to global companies and investment funds in making domestic investments.

Ms. Andorn Karni also serves as external director at Camtek Ltd., EL AL Israel Airlines Ltd. and Castro Model Ltd. Between 2013-2015, she served as CEO of the Ministry of Finance, and between 2011-2015 as CEO of Amitim Old Pension Funds.

Ms. Andoran Karni holds a bachelor's degree (BA) in Economics and Sociology (with distinction) and a master's degree (MBA) in Business Administration (Finance and Accounting) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
