Eric Sinclair

Eric Sinclair is an experienced professional with a strong background in incident coordination, case investigation, and technology management. Currently serving as an Incident Coordinator at Amount since August 2022, Eric previously led a team of contact tracers at the Cook County Department of Public Health, where responsibilities included managing COVID-19 case investigations. Eric's extensive tenure at UBS included roles as Team Lead for UCC & Chat Engineering, overseeing the migration of chat services, and Product Manager, coordinating stakeholder engagement and vendor execution. Earlier experience encompasses positions at Perot Systems as a Sr. Chat Engineer, and as a founding team member at Parlano, Inc, contributing to product management and business development. Eric began a career in software development at UBS Warburg, focusing on new technology deployment. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy from Texas A&M University.
