Melody Grant

Melody Grant has a diverse work experience in product management and customer service. Melody started their career at Avant in 2015 as a Loan Originations Team Lead, where they provided customer service, managed representatives, and implemented operational strategies. In 2016, they joined Amount as a Product Technical Analyst - Risk Manager, where they scheduled product deployments and executed test plans for platform changes. Melody then progressed to the role of Analyst Product Manager, where they managed product implementation and actively participated in testing. In 2022, they became an Associate Product Manager, driving lending platform product development and execution. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Product Manager at Amount, where they create high-level product capability and roadmap documentation and collaborates with internal and external partners to enhance the lending platform.

Melody Grant obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Chicago State University, which was completed between 2010 and 2015. Melody continued their education at the same institution and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Computer Science, with no specified end year.
