Priscilla Brito has worked in various roles within the field of talent management. Priscilla started their career at PrideStaff as an Account Manager from September 2010 to June 2014. Following that, they joined Avant as a Talent Acquisition Analyst, where they provided administrative support to the Recruiting Manager and coordinated recruitment activities. Priscilla later became a Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst before transitioning to the role of Talent Associate. Since August 2019, Priscilla has been working at Amount as a Talent Manager, where they report to the Chief People Officer and is responsible for leading a team focused on talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and inclusion & diversity. Priscilla'srole also includes creating career development frameworks, implementing people strategies and programs to improve leadership skills and employee engagement, as well as realigning the company culture through the lens of inclusion and diversity.

Priscilla Brito attended Joliet West High School from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a focus on General Education. Following their high school education, they pursued further studies at Joliet Junior College from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they focused on General Education and had a field of study in Biology. After completing their studies at Joliet Junior College, Priscilla went on to attend Loyola University Chicago, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
