Laura S has extensive experience in customer success and marketing across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Support - Shipping at AMP, Laura leads shipping initiatives while on maternity leave; AMP is supported by reputable APAC VCs and co-founded by Patrick Barnes and Cameron Priest. Prior to AMP, Laura worked as a Customer Success Manager at Zonos, a leader in cross-border technology. Laura also held the position of Marketing Lead - Australia at Oxbow Animal Health, where responsibilities included implementing marketing strategies and managing e-commerce content. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Development Manager at NextFleet, part of Mitsubishi Corporation, gaining exposure to various business areas.
