Mathew Hartley

Mathew Hartley is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in technical leadership roles across various companies. Currently, Mathew serves as a Senior Software Engineer at AMP, leading engineering efforts to develop innovative ecommerce tools with a focus on customer-centric solutions. Previously, Mathew held the positions of Head of Engineering and CTO at Storypark, overseeing the technical development of an e-portfolio platform for educators and families. As a co-founder and technical lead at Skowt, Mathew contributed to the creation of an online booking system. Earlier career experiences include roles at Rabidtech as a full-stack web developer and at Datacom as a software developer on enterprise projects. Mathew began their career in client services at WizBang Technologies and transitioned to self-employment, managing a linux-based software project. Mathew holds a BE(Hons) in Computer Systems from The University of Auckland.
