Emma Tamplin, MAppFin, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and governance within the financial sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at AMP Capital since August 2019, Emma leads the Global Product Governance team, overseeing compliance with board and committee obligations for a vast portfolio of over 400 schemes and trusts. Prior to this role, Emma held various positions including Director at Playgroup WA, Investment Manager at Pindan Capital, and Product Manager at Aspen Group Limited, where responsibilities included communication and compliance in fund management. Emma's background also includes expertise as a Product Specialist at BlackRock and experience in client reporting and administration at prestigious firms such as Merrill Lynch, Northern Trust, and Bank of New York. Emma holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance, a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism, and a Bachelor of Science in Pathology, Microbiology, and Pharmacology.

This enables the integration of the AMP Capital business into the Dexus platform, with the combined business creating a leading real assets investment manager in Australia with more than $60 billion of funds under management.
