Nkandu Chikonde

Nkandu has over 10 years’ experience of working with local and international non-governmental organizations in Zambia, Malawi, South Africa, and Swaziland. He brings knowledge and experience in organizational development, change management and health systems strengthening and research. Most recently, he was Senior Consultant at Converge, a human capital and change management company. He has masters degrees in both Leadership and Public Health, and was a Chevening Scholar. Nkandu enjoys traveling, singing, playing tennis, running, playing guitar, and finds his bliss in playing ‘peekaboo’ with his daughter.
