Anna Cara

Anna Cara has a strong background in program management and leadership roles. Anna is currently working as a Delivery Lead at AMP since 2024. Prior to that, they were a Delivery Lead at Bank First from 2022 to 2023. In 2020, they worked as a Program Director at MLC Wealth and also as a Program Director at Capital Consult, where they successfully delivered a regulatory "no objection" status for migrating workloads to the cloud. Before that, they worked as a Director of Business Transformation at Unico, where they exceeded revenue targets and identified new business opportunities.

Earlier in their career, Anna held various roles at DST Bluedoor Pty Limited, including Head of Strategy, Enterprise QA Manager, and PMO Manager. Anna was responsible for designing strategic plans, improving quality, and reducing costs. Anna has also worked as a Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager at AXA and as a Technical Services Manager at Colonial First State and AMP. Overall, Anna has a wealth of experience in program management, strategy, and business development.

Anna Cara attended RMIT University from 1986 to 1990, where they studied Commerce and specialized in Economics.
