Chris Herles

Chris Herles has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Chris is currently working as the Senior Manager - Delivery and Professional Services- Americas Regional Lead at Tata Communications. Prior to this, they worked at Vodafone Business as the Americas Regional Service Delivery Lead and later as a Global Program Manager and Global Solutions Architect. Before that, they were employed at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as a Global Complex Solutions Program Manager. Chris also worked at Activu as a Senior Technical Program Manager and at IDT Corporation as the Head of Global IT Change Management and Project Management and as a Regional Sales Manager. Chris began their career at Focal Communications as the Director of Corporate Sales.

Chris Herles' education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Scranton's Graduate School of Business Administration, which was completed in 2026. Prior to that, Chris obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to their formal education, Chris Herles has obtained several certifications. These include ITIL V4 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2023, Agility in Leadership from the Agile Leadership Journey in September 2022, ITIL V.3 Foundations from the Examination Institute for Information Science (EXIN) in January 2012, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2008.
