Daniel Lupton

Daniel Lupton currently serves as the Principal (Head Of) for Security Architecture, Compliance, and Services at AMP since April 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing security architecture for a banking and financial services organization that supports over one million customers. Previously, Daniel held the position of Security Architect at Tyro Payments, supporting tailored EFTPOS and banking solutions for over 32,000 businesses. Experience also includes Associate Director of Security Architecture at Macquarie Group and Manager of Enterprise Security Architecture at nbn™ Australia, where Daniel developed significant security frameworks. Notable roles also at Westpac and Commonwealth Bank of Australia involved contributions to security service models and operational governance. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Security from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the University of Sydney.
