Debra Charlton

Debra Charlton is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in product management, strategy, and analysis. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Management for Wrap Product Management at AMP since June 2015, Debra oversees a high-value suite of superannuation, pension, and investment products and manages the Wrap insurance portfolio while leading a team of product professionals. Previous roles include Senior Product Portfolio Manager and Senior Product Manager for Wrap Products at AMP, Consultant at NMG Consulting, and Manager of Product Analysis at AMP Capital. Debra's foundational experience also includes significant contributions at Macquarie Group in managing direct property funds and conducting operational risk reviews. Debra holds an MBA from the University of New England and has furthered education in financial services and analysis, alongside a certification as a Certified Practising Accountant.
