Gliezl MacAlino

Gliezl Macalino has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an IT Business/System Analyst at Procter & Gamble. Gliezl then joined Towers Watson in 2014, where they served as a Technical Business Analyst and Team Manager until 2018. In 2018, Gliezl joined the NSW Department of Communities and Justice as a Business Analyst, focusing on ICT Strategy and Investments until 2020. Most recently, they have been employed at AMP since 2020, where they have held multiple roles including Strategy and Design Analyst, Service Delivery Lead for Technology Process Transformation, and currently, Service Delivery Lead for Technology Performance Reporting and Management.

Gliezl Macalino holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from De La Salle University, which was obtained from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of the Philippines, which they attended from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Gliezl has obtained several certifications in areas such as CBAP Preparation Training, Applied Business Architecture, ITIL OSA, and ITIL v3.
