Shane Scott

Shane Scott possesses extensive experience in credit and risk management, having held senior positions at notable financial institutions. At GE Capital, Shane served as Executive Director Risk for Equipment Finance, overseeing credit and operations staff and ensuring compliance while maintaining a high-quality portfolio. Subsequent roles included Head of Credit and Six Sigma Black Belt, where Shane implemented process improvements and trained staff. Shane's career includes significant tenure at Kiwibank and AMP Bank Limited as Senior Manager and Head of Credit, respectively, along with foundational roles at Esanda and Colonial State Bank, where responsibilities involved establishing leasing operations and managing risk.
