Mark Connolly

Mark Connolly is the Executive Vice President, Head of Credit Markets at The Bancorp. Prior to joining The Bancorp in November 2015, Mark served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations at Tresata from January 2013 to November 2015. At Tresata, Mark managed all financial activities and business operations for the company.

From 2010 to 2012, Mark was the Head of Products - Morgan Stanley Private Bank, where they managed mortgage, lending, banking and trust activities for Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.

Prior to Morgan Stanley, Mark served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Citi Private Bank from 2005 to 2010. From 1998 to 2005, Mark held Senior Vice President positions at Bank of America.

Mark began their career in 1994 as a Manager at Marakon Associates.

Mark Connolly has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Mark Connolly reports to Damian Kozlowski, CEO & President. Mark Connolly works with Erika Caesar - Managing Director, Assistant General Counsel and Chief Diversity Officer, Maria Wainwright - Managing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, and Olek Derowe - EVP, Head of Commercial Real Estate.
