James Borkowski has extensive experience in facility management and healthcare. Currently serving as Facility Manager at AMP Residential since August 2016, James oversees 168 units, managing maintenance, apartment turnovers, remodels, and amenities including the grounds, pool, and fitness center. Previous roles include EMT at Alliance Mobile Health and Pharmacy Technician at Meijer, alongside a significant tenure as Facility/Purchasing Manager at Medstar Ambulance from 1993 until March 2013. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Science, Business, and Fire Science from Henry Ford College, completed between 1980 and 1985, and graduated from Edsel Ford High School in 1980.
