Stephanie Hawkins, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at AMPAC Fine Chemicals since October 2020, Stephanie previously held roles including Human Resources Manager at Harrah’s Northern California and Manteca District Ambulance Services. Other positions include Regional Director at California Employers Association, Consultant roles at DBM and Hawkins HR Solutions, and Director of HR at Red Hawk Casino and Jackson County Public Hospital. Stephanie's career began in team member relations at Thunder Valley Casino. Stephanie holds a degree from Teikyo Marycrest University.
