Mihir Palkhiwala

Mihir is a Senior Application Developer and Project Manager whose career spans a decade including stints with several successful start-ups. He holds an MS in Information Technology from the K.S. School of Business Management at Gujarat University of Ahmedabad, India.

Mihir has been writing code for Mobile Apps since 2009. He started application development on the Symbian OS, for blackberry, and then moved on to Google's Android OS. Although development environments have become much more sophisticated, he still recalls what it was like doing mobile development on Eclipse and Netbeans. Mobile application development is continually evolving and he keeps abreast with new technologies especially for the Google Android platform. While remaining a hardcore coder, he branched into project management, because as software has become more complicated, processes are required to ensure that applications developed are robust, can scale, can be routinely and regularly updated. He has deep understanding of current paradigms like Agile development, Scrum, CICD, and insight into which would be ideal for specific projects
