Hina Arif

Hina Arif is a Chartered MCIPD HR and Finance Manager with extensive experience in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving at Ampacet Corporation since April 2022, Hina focuses on HR and finance for the Middle East and Africa. Previously, Hina held roles at MHAO Group, including HR Transformation Lead and Business Partner, where collaboration with business leaders to identify learning needs and implement training programs was a key responsibility. At Bosch Distributors, strategic HR support was provided to over 250 employees, while earlier roles included HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Officer at Avis Rent A Car UAE, managing the employee life cycle and HR databases. Hina holds an MBA from Quaid-i-Azam University, a Bachelor's degree from the University of the Punjab, and a Strategic Human Resources Certificate from Cornell University.
