Phetcharat Noocharuksa

Phetcharat Noocharuksa currently serves as the Regional Human Resources Director for APAC at Ampacet Corporation, a position held since August 2018. With extensive experience in human resources, Phetcharat previously worked as Sr HR Director at UTAC, HR Director for Thailand and Vietnam at The Linde Group, and as a Human Resource Manager for GE’s Field Services in Asia Pacific, where significant contributions included strategic management for a workforce of 1,000. Early career roles at Halliburton and Weatherford focused on HR management in the oil and gas sector. Phetcharat holds a Doctor of Philosophy in HR and Organizational Development from NIDA Thailand, an MBA, and two Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Business Administration from Ramkhamhaeng University and Kasetsart University, respectively.
