Keith Decarlo

Keith DeCarlo has extensive experience in workforce development and project management, currently serving as the Workforce Development Manager at Ampacity since March 2018. Prior roles include Director of Safety and Director of Training and Development. Previously, Keith worked as a Project Engineer at Clark Brothers Inc. and held general foreman positions at Live Action and Ryan. At Quanta Power Generation, Keith was responsible for inspections and served as a foreman, while at The Neil Jones Food Company, Keith improved inventory management practices. Keith's early career involved program analysis and inventory management with NMC CWD Det Lemoore, where significant cost savings were achieved through Lean initiatives. Keith holds a BA in Business Administration/Project Management and is certified in Weatherization and Photo Voltaic systems.
