Wesley Teerlink

Wesley Teerlink is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with a strong focus on prosthetic technology. As the Chief Executive Officer of Amparo since March 2014, Wesley has led efforts to innovate prosthetic socket solutions aimed at enhancing mobility for lower-limb amputees globally. Previously, Wesley served as Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the development of groundbreaking prosthetic care technologies through a diverse international team. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at Penn State University, managing undergraduate researchers in engineering teamwork studies, and internships at Novatek Inc. and Hoj Engineering and Sales, where rapid prototyping and design were key responsibilities. Wesley holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
