Lauren Hines

Lauren Hines currently serves as the Learning & Development Lead at Ampcontrol, focusing on organizational learning, compliance, skill-building, and the implementation of the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion strategy. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Newcastle such as Capability Development Lead, Student Ambassador Coordinator, and Student Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator, where Lauren developed outreach programs and managed large teams. Earlier positions include secondary teaching roles at various institutions and program delivery aimed at enhancing student engagement in higher education. Lauren holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management in Education and a Bachelor of Teaching/Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Newcastle.
