Jyoti Suryawanshi Kajale has over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition, primarily in the IT recruitment sector. Currently serving as VP of Talent Acquisition & CRM at Ampcus Tech Pvt Ltd since July 2011, Jyoti provides strategic leadership to a large team of talent acquisition professionals and oversees comprehensive recruitment initiatives. Previous roles include AVP of Talent Acquisition at Ampcus Inc, as well as senior management positions at Bravens Inc and SA Technologies Inc. Jyoti's career began at CBT Infotech Pvt Ltd and also includes significant experience in mass recruitment, candidate management, and screening processes, working with high-profile clients. Jyoti is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Singhania University, and has a solid educational foundation in science and literature.
