Nicky Sloan

Nicky Sloan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in organizational leadership and human resources. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at City Venue Management since November 2012, Nicky is also the Chief Executive Officer of Ampd Academy, beginning in July 2020. Nicky holds several board positions, including Certified Advisory Board Chair at the Advisory Board Centre and President of the Board of Directors for Royal Life Saving Society Queensland Inc. Additional board roles include membership on the boards of the Australian Swim Schools Association, Royal Life Saving Society – Australia, and Aquatics & Recreation Queensland. Nicky's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Southern Cross University and graduation from Kingscliff High School. Key advisory contributions have been made to Prosper EX and Fish N Flips since September 2021 and involvement with SILK LAUNDRY since July 2017.
