Ampd Energy is seeking a service operations analyst to plan, direct, execute, and manage the service operation processes within the company. You will be working under the service department, be based in Hong Kong, and will report to the Director of Service.   This role involves managing processes involving the customer deliveries, customer support, and inventory and quality management. This role requires a degree of flexibility to occasionally attend to the field engineers’ inquiries from different regions and time zones, even during out-of-office hours. Some of the projects will require collaboration with other departments such as supply chain, business development, product, and engineering. We are specifically looking for individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, dependable, and excited about being among the first in the world to work with new innovative technologies.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant studies.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in integrating and supporting operation processes.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Great documentation and report writing skills.
  • Self-motivated, detailed oriented, organized.
  • Good command of spoken and written English. Cantonese and Potunghua will be beneficial

What you will do:

  • Manage all of service’s discussion channels and methods of communication.
  • Maintain the department database such as service tickets, product specifications, and serial numbers.
  • Create and maintain all service-related processes, workflow, standard operating procedures.
  • Track all service projects progress and results.
  • Collect and analyze data regarding the product reliability, usability, and performance.
