Zura Pertsuliani's work experience begins in 2013 as an Events Coordinator for People to People International. In 2014, they became a Choreographer and Creative Team Member for the Broadway Performance Club at the American University in Bulgaria. They also had a role as a Marketing and Communication Intern at the university in 2016. In 2017, Zura worked as a Lead Server and Kitchen Management Team member at Sand Bar Martha's Vineyard and as a Researcher, SEO, and Data Analytics specialist for A Data Pro. In 2018, they joined Musala Soft as a Business Development Associate and later progressed to become a Business Development Specialist, Expert, and eventually a Senior Business Development Expert. In 2020, they served as a Young Ambassador of Georgia in Bulgaria for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia. Currently, Zura is a Business Development Executive at AMPECO, where they provide software and consulting services for EV charging businesses.

Zura Pertsuliani began their education at School-lyceum 'Promete' from 2008 to 2013, where they studied Mathematics in high school. After completing high school, Zura attended the American University in Bulgaria from 2013 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.

In 2010 to 2011, Zura pursued Intensive English Courses at Cambridge Education Group, receiving a Certificate of Completion. Subsequently, they attended the University of Sheffield from 2018 to 2020, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management of Business, Innovation, and Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Zura also acquired certifications in Agile Software Development and Software Development Processes and Methodologies. They obtained these certifications from the University of Minnesota, with Agile Software Development being completed in August 2020, and Software Development Processes and Methodologies in April 2020.
