Kristina Theuer

Kristina Theuer is currently working as the Leiterin Sicherheit und Unternehmensentwicklung at Die Zentralbahn. She is also the owner of PROKESS Consulting, where she provides consulting and coaching services in Business Process Management, Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Strategy, and serves as an External Quality Manager conducting audits. With extensive experience in Quality Management, she has held various leadership roles at companies like Ampegon, Läderach chocolatier suisse, ABB, and PIXY AG. Kristina has a strong background in project management, process management, and quality control, along with a diverse educational background including a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre and Volkswirtschaftslehre from the University of Applied Sciences Schmalkalden.
