Annette Schulte's education history begins in 1986 when they attended the University of Iowa for their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and English, which they completed in 1990. Later in their career, in 2006 to 2007, Annette enrolled in the Accelerated Development Program at UNI, where they obtained a certificate in Business Leadership. In the same year, they also attended Northwestern University's Readership Leadership program, earning a certificate in Media Business Model in 2007.
