Sarah Pauls has a diverse work experience in marketing and creative roles. Sarah is currently working as a Creative Director at AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the University of Northern Iowa for 12 years, first as a Marketing and Promotions Coordinator in the College of Humanities, Arts & Sciences from August 2011 to March 2014, and then as a Marketing Manager in the same college from March 2014 to the present. Before joining the university, they were an Art Director at ME&V from 2007 to 2011, where they were responsible for maintaining the creative integrity of clients' brands and developing new creative materials. Sarah also has experience in designing logos, print and web materials, and implementing marketing plans for clients.
Sarah Pauls earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Iowa State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Sarah later pursued a Master of Arts degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing at the University of Northern Iowa, completing their studies from 2013 to 2015.
