Frederik Merz

Frederik Merz has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. In 2019, they co-founded Amperecloud and served as the CEO, leading the company's efforts in renewable energy generation and direct marketing management. From 2012 to 2021, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director of Novalight UG, overseeing its operations. Additionally, they co-founded Hashtag ES GmbH in 2015, where they held the role of Authorized Officer, focusing on providing custom software solutions. Prior to these roles, Frederik worked as a Frontend Web Developer at WeltN24 GmbH from 2014 to 2016, specializing in interactive news articles and data visualization. Frederik also worked as a Web Developer at BP Mediawork GmbH from 2013 to 2014.

Frederik Merz completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Microsystems Technology at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2014 to 2017. Frederik then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Customized Master in Management and Entrepreneurship at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their academic qualifications, Frederik Merz obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2015.
