Dmitry Ginsburg

Dmitry Ginsburg co-founded Ampere in 2022 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they co-founded GLSS in 2015, a nationwide emergency locksmith service. In addition, they also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Sky Unlimited since 2015, where they developed IT solutions and mobile apps, including the successful Driving Theory Test app.

Dmitry Ginsburg holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation. Dmitry pursued this degree, although the specific years of their study are not mentioned. Subsequently, between 1994 and 1999, Dmitry completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Higher School of Technology and Energy.
