In 2016, they co-founded Arbitrum, Inc., a company that provides image and video content moderation services. Germans was responsible for the company's direction and played a key role in its establishment. In 2018, they co-founded F3, a social discovery app with millions of users. In 2021, Gedgauds became the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Starly.io, a launchpad and marketplace for gamified NFT collections.
