Silvija Rudzika

Silvija Rudzika has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Office Manager at Pro Kapital Latvia from 2007 to 2013. Silvija then worked as a Project Manager at SRC Brasa from 2014 to 2015, where they were responsible for managing the development and manufacturing process of clothing and equipment for law enforcement and the military, as well as marketing and promoting the products.

In 2018, Silvija joined the Riga International Biennial of Contemporary Art (RIBOCA) as a Venue Coordinator and Bookshop Manager, and later became an Office Manager. Silvija played a key role in coordinating events and managing the bookshop.

Silvija then worked at DesignScan from 2020 to 2022 as an Operations Manager, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow.

Currently, Silvija is a Junior Project Manager at Ampere, a position they started in February 2023.

Silvija Rudzika obtained a Master's degree in Communication, General from Latvijas Universitate, from the years 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, they pursued their undergraduate education at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Engineering in Clothing and Textile Technology, specializing in Engineering Technology, General.
