Kusum Slohar

Kusum Slohar is an experienced professional in hardware design and physical design, currently serving as Manager of Hardware Design at Ampere since November 2021. Prior to this role, Kusum held the position of Senior Manager (Physical Design) at Cyient from January 2017 to November 2021, successfully leading multiple teams across various locations and overseeing over 40 silicon tapeouts. Earlier career experiences include serving as Staff Engineer at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included leading RTL-to-GDS implementation challenges, and roles at Wipro Technologies, QThink Technologies Pvt Ltd, TechForce, Marvell, Spike Infotech Pvt. Ltd., and Motorola India Pvt. Ltd., spanning from layout engineering to project management in physical design.
