Rashmi Marathe

Rashmi Marathe is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Principal Validation Engineer at Ampere since October 2021, specializing in RAS validation. Prior to this role, Rashmi held various positions including Associate Manager at Accenture, Component Design Engineer at Intel Corporation, and Senior SoC Validation Engineer at LSI Corporation. Rashmi also contributed as an ASIC/FPGA Design Engineer at Wipro Technologies and as an RTL Design Engineer at Patni Computer System. Early career experience includes working as an FPGA and System Design Engineer at Savita Machine Tools Private Limited. Rashmi holds a VLSI degree from CDAC ACTS Pune and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Shivaji University.
