Emily Hirao

Emily Hirao has experience working for various companies in a range of roles. Emily worked as a Sr Customer Solutions Engineer II and Solutions Engineer at Amperity from 2019 to present. Prior to that, Emily worked as a Data Engineer at West Monroe in 2018 and a Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University from January to April 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Technology Analyst Intern at Deutsche Bank, and in 2016, they worked as an Executive Information Technology Intern at Hawaii Human Resources (HiHR). Before that, they had experience as an Operations and Accounting Intern at Iida Enterprises LLC in 2015. Emily also worked as a Teaching Assistant for Punahou School in various capacities: as a Teaching Assistant in 2014, as Head TA of Mandarin Immersion Program from 2013 to 2014, and as a Speech and Debate assistant from 2012 to 2013.

Emily Hirao attended Punahou School from 2010 to 2014, where they completed their high school education. Subsequently, they enrolled at Carnegie Mellon University, from where they graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Technology and Analytics.
