Justin Jones

Justin Jones has worked in various roles related to technical consulting, implementation and product development. Justin worked as a Sr. Customer Solutions Engineer II at Amperity and as a Senior Technical Consultant at PowerSchool Group LLC where they were responsible for managing client implementation timelines, creating custom Statements of Work and defining project deliverables. Justin also worked as a Product Business Analyst at Finicity where they prepared detailed specifications for product development teams. Prior to this, at TalentEd by PeopleAdmin they worked as a Technical Consultant and Lead Technical Support Engineer, where they implemented enterprise client software solutions and mentored support specialists while investigating and determining root causes of complex issues respectively.

Justin Jones obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Assumption University of Thailand in 2009. Justin then went on to attend the University of Utah from 2010 to 2014, receiving their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communications and New Media.
