Kabir Shahani

Kabir Shahani has extensive work experience spanning over 17 years in various roles and major companies. Kabir founded Amperity in 2016 and served as its CEO until 2022, where they pioneered a data-driven approach to customer service. Kabir is also a former board member at the University of Washington's Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship. Previously, they served as the Vice President of Technology and Applications at IMS Health and as the CEO and Co-founder of Appature. Kabir also worked at Blue Dot, Inc. as the Director of Business Development, where they played a key role in product planning, marketing, legal, recruiting, and financial management, and at Avanade, where they served as a PM in charge of executing infrastructure and custom software projects for Fortune 500 companies.
