Paul Sochan

Paul Sochan is an experienced professional in educational services and technical training, currently serving as Director of Technical Training at Amperity since February 2019. Previously, Paul held roles such as Senior Director of Education Services at Databricks and Training and Education Services Consultant at Visier Inc. and ExtraHop. At Tableau Software, Paul significantly contributed to the rapid growth of the Training business, managing a large team and driving revenue from zero to over $30 million. Paul has also held senior positions at Corbis, Ideaca, SAP BusinessObjects, and Crystal Decisions, where notable achievements include leading business intelligence initiatives and enhancing sales training programs. Paul holds a BASc in Systems Design Engineering and a BA from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Master's in Economics from McMaster University.
